I am super flexible, athletic but I am 25, is there anyway l can start? I am not trying to go to the olympics or anything but I am sure l have the talent.
l know girls start when they're as young as 3 :o(

You r NOT too old & gymnastics is an amazingly cool awesome sport! But as with any sport u must want to do it or it is all a waste of time.

You're a little older than usually but u have done it before & u can be good if ur heart is in it (believe me l know it takes a lot of heart)! Just because u r not going to the olympics does not mean u can not do something u love as long as u r gonna put in the effort!

As for the you're to old & ur never gonna become good. That is just rubbish.

You're not too old! l am 21 & l still have a heart for gymnastics like l did when l was five. l still enjoy flipping around the gym whenever l get the chance. One of the great things I've found out as I've moved on from a gymnast to a coach, is that many gyms have started offering a adult gymnastics programs (or at least in my state). There is actually a gym in my area that offers recreational meets for adults only & none of these adults r aspiring to be Olympic gymnasts, they do it for fun! Why not see if there is anything in ur area like this. Call around to local gyms. You may find u have more talent than u know!

It is not to late! Just do your thing.

It may be a little complicated about finding a place that will teach older people but if you think you can handel it go ahead and do it!!

You could definitly try it. You may even make it to competition if you try hard enough.
