if l learn and practice doing the splits and the chinese splits will that make me bow-legged or do nything to my body

no lol, it will just make you more flexible and try not to strain yourself push yourself harder each day start on easy tho.

You need to be caerfull how hard you push yourself it can really hurt you, just try 2 go down farther and farther each day.

well, do not try & hurt yourself, but i've been doing gymnastics for 9 years & l get my splits better if u just do a little bit every day. also, if u want to get ur splits all the way down or when u get ur splits on the floor all the way down & u want to go farther, get a short mat or cushion to put ur foot on. then push ur splits farther.
