hey l have been having trouble when trying to do a backbend kickover.l can do a backbend but l cant kick over its really hard bc my hands arnt really steady l think my arms and wrists are too week is there anything l can do so l will be able to do one???

Okay once you get in a back bend, l first had to move my hands and feet closer together because at some point it will be too close and your body will pretty much force itself to kick over. So have your hands like very closely almost dirrectly at your feet then push your feet to the ground sort of like kicking.

Okay first if you can do a back bend, hold it for a while and stay there while raising 1 leg up, that means your strong and talented enough to do one. In your backbend position bring your legs closer to your hands and then really hard kick over.

Really the only thing you can do is work on them and that will strengthen them. If you need help understanding how to do one then this is how. You can lay down on your back and do it that way or you can stand up and do one. Second you lift your dominant foot and try to pull it over your head by doing this in one fluent motion. Try and do exercises that will gain strength in your wrists and hands after that fall into your back bend and then walk your legs in a little bit and push your arms forward and kick
