K, so I've been practicing my kip for 5 months now and after doing so many conditioning work outs I am finally soo soo close. l glide, toes to the bar, swing back, ''pull up my pants'' and swing up, im actually like over the bar now. But l can not seem to stay up. All my coaches say, that ohh this is the time you will get it. I am like at front support on the bar but not. Some people say switch your wrists, but l do not understand how l can do that. Any tips for helping me finally get my kip and STAY at front support would help so much.

switch ur wrists means that u need to scoot ur hands forward on the bar so that u can support ur weight to stay up in front support. If u were to jump up to front support, ur hands would be on the top-front part of the bar, when u do ur kip ur hands start out on the bottom-back part of the bar, from there u need to move ur hands (by sliding/scooting them) into the same position as they would be in a front support. This is a tough concept to explain in words. But l hope that helps a little bit.
