l can almost do them! l have the jumps and snap backs but...my arms keep unlocking and people keep saying to lock them...i tried too! but no one gives me tips soo if you can help me that would be GREAT!
i can do a back walkover too.

deffinilty keep your back straight because if your off centered it will be ever harder and you can hurt yourself. Also try doing push ups, that will help you get the practice that you need .

Well to be honest you need to practice holding your body weight. You can do this with handstands. If you can hold your body weight up in a handstand you can do so with a handspring.
You need to do pushups and work on your upper body strength. You dont want to do an handspring and then find that you cant support yourself and land on your head.

Extend your arms and shoulders.

jump back and look for your hands-that is key. keep your arms straight and block so you do not land on your head. If you do not get it a first-do not worry. it too me a while to get it,but once you do it is great.
