Stella Walsh was a Polish American runner , she ran for Poland, & was one of the fastest women runners on the planet. She won the Gold in the 100m in 1932 11.9 WR & silver in 1936.

Only problem Stella was really a man after an autopsy was carried out in 1980 the proved this as a fact.

Tanya Harding is another infamous Olympic Athlete as she had her then husband & another man attack her skating rival Nancy Kerrigan by clubbed her in the leg. Nancy was unable to compete in the 1994 US SKATING TRIALS In the end they both competed in the 94 Olympics even though Hardin was in the middle of a criminal investigation.

Outcome was Harding finished in 8th , Nancy Kerrigan came in 2nd silver & a teenager from Ukraine Oksana Baiul Gold. It is the 6th highest rated TV program in the USA with a 48.5 rating.

In the end Tonya Harding took a plea bargain in which she admitted she was involved in the scheme. She was stripped of her US title 1994 & banned from skating for life.
