So... I've been checking out the olympics and those dudes rowing are fit!

l genuinely wanna know how to start off in the sport. l dont know if I will be good at it.. but I've rowed a couple times in a surf rescue boat and I've ridden a bike class 6 times a week for a couple of years so my cardio health is not bad... and even if l do say so myself l look mighty damb fine in my spiderman lycra suit..... so l think I'd look just as good as those blokes in the rowing teams there with their goolies sticking out! (lol .. that last bit was an attempt at humourI am a reformed troll... honest)..

So what do you say? Is there a club l should join in Sydney or what is the gig?


Yeah... on the rowing machine.. I've been doing 4 intervals of 500 metres on the 2 minutes with one minute rest.. to warm up for weights training..... l can go faster of course... but you know... I'd drip sweat on the smith machine.

You need to check your national web site for a local rowing club in your area. Most national rowing web sites have a link for local clubs. Most local clubs will have a beginner class for those who are interested in starting the sport. Also rowing is a total body workout.
