There is no limit on the athletes that per country can send to represent at the Olympics. But l believe the criteria of the athletes depends if they have met the standards of the qualifying times. Anyway, l read from somewhere that there was a country who sent only 2 athletes. the country who has most athletes ( l believe) is China (500+ if l am not wrong).
