Yes, she is talented and she does also get good grades in school. However, she said how she takes easier and less classes, so that she can focus on her training.

Gymnastics teaches discipline and time management so it would not surprise me if she got straight A's. Also she only trains 4 hours a day, 6 days a week so she has time to do her homework and study.
