How do you exactly preform a glide-kip in the level 5 women is gymnastics uneven bar routine?

Well l will break it up for u it takes a lot of stomach muscles & u will need assistance from coaches but with enough training u should be able to do it fine.

1. Do a single glide & really stretch out.
2. After u have stretched out on the way back from ur glide bring ur feet up to the bar.
3. Slide ur feet up the bar like u r putting on socks.
4. Then whip yourself around & slide ur hands so ur r in front support on the bar.

l am currently still working on whipping myself around which is the hardest part.
