l would not call it chubby. but the little extra weight might have come from less training now the olympics are over and she is returning to school. plus, most of the world is used to seeing her in a leotard which, on some gymnasts, sometimes gives the illusion of a slimmer body shape.

yes, she did gain some weight while on tour. They tend to as they are not doing the same amount of conditioning and training that they usually do.
She said on her website that she was going to the gym to do just conditioning, before doing the gym skills again. So she is working with a personal trainer to get back in shape first.
