l have done a back hand spring on a soft mat, hard mat, spring floor, hard floor all by myself without a spotter. This all happened at gymnastics, but when l get home l can not even do it on the carpet! What can l do to overcome this fear?! Nothing helps!!!
Are there any songs that can overcome your fear?

You should not be doing them at home until you have been doing them on your own in the gym competently for several months. UIts a good thing you are scared, that fear keeps you safe.

If you start doing them at home at this early stage, you will practise bad habits and you wont have a coach near by to quickly correct them. This will porevent you from every progressng past the backhandspring to better skills.
