l can not not throw my head back on my back handspring and it looks like crap. l try looking at my hands, do jump back drills and still no luck. Whenever l do it, l cannot look at my hands. Any tricks that can help me?

If you look at your hands it make syou throw your head, try looking at your feet or holding a sock in between your chin and chest

find some thing to look at on the wall or some thing and focus on it and do not take your eyes off of it

just pretend you are doing a back walkover that helped me, just going fuller and bouncing.

Tuck something under your chin and hold it their using only your chin pressed against your neck. maybe socks or something.
You will probably notice that as you finish swinging you arms down you drop the socks. Aim to keep the socks under your chin for the whole handspring.
